Oh how I love Lani, with their moreish scents, gentle formulations, and effective results.  This plastic free beauty brand is a real gamechanger, and today I'm sharing my thoughts on two tropical treats: Omega Glow and Juice Cleanse!

Lani has been a fast favourite ever since I first discovered their budget friendly creations back in May last year.  Founded by the lovely Viola in 2014, Lani is a vegan green beauty brand that creates tropical inspired formulas that are 100% natural, free from animal products, and also uses organic and food grade ingredients to ensure the highest quality and most skin friendly creations. Plus, their glass packaging is so stunning, making this an eco collection that encompasses both the nontoxic wonders provided by nature and a super flashy and trendy looking style that captures the eye and draws people in. It's a brand that is Instagrammable AND planet friendly!

I have had the joy of using the majority of the range, including my personal star picks, the Blue Mint powder cleanser and the Tropical Cacao Detox Mask.  Every single product I have experienced has been a delight for the skin and senses, so when I was asked if I wanted to test the new Omega Glow Facial Oil as well as the Juice Cleanse Facial Cleansing Oil of course said I yes!

Juice Cleanse Facial Cleansing Oil (100ml):

It's all in the name with this Lani treatment: juicy and sweet, this tropical blend brings a host of natural oils that will help cleanse the day away.  Juice Cleanse has been designed to melt makeup, grime, impurities, and more with its combination of hazelnut, sunflower, safflower, jojoba, and argan oil, all of which have been selected for their hydrating and clarifying qualities.  And as an added bonus?  It comes with an eco friendly plush bamboo cloth!

This is a cleanser that will leave you looking forward to washing your face each day, as it feels so silky and smells totally dreamy.  Lani combines a trio of citrus essential oils with a tried and true favourite to produce a positivity boost that benefits your face and senses - it's definitely one that will win you over quickly!  With creamy orange notes from the blood orange, mandarin, sweet orange, and vanilla, this is a formula that will leave you wanting more.  Plus, you get the added bonus of brightening qualities from the ingredients alongside the gorgeous smell!

Juice Cleanse is so lush, you'll be tempted to use it day and night, and since the ingredients are not overly rich they don't cause any issues with breakouts - you can rinse and repeat without any worries.  Just pour a small amount into your hand, lightly massage into your face taking care to target any areas that are needing extra attention, and let the formula work its magic.

The oil is a delicate shade of straw, and is surprisingly lightweight for such an effective treatment.  Lani's creation doesn't cling to the skin or feel waxy, heavy, or sticky - instead it offers a relaxing and enjoyable experience that will leave even those who aren't oil cleansing aficionados happy.  I love how gentle and smooth this blend is, and how it conditions the skin leaving it moisturized, soft, and of course feeling super clean.  Perfect for dry and mature skin in particular, but also a real pleasure for anyone (including my congestion prone skin!), Juice Cleanse is an oil cleanser that your skin will be thankful for.  And of course the luxurious organic bamboo cloth makes this an even more spa-like ritual, and who doesn't want to be pampered after the year we have had??

Omega Glow Facial Serum (30ml):

I can't get enough of the juicy aroma - bursting with sumptuous scents from the perfectly picked oils, it's like strawberry bliss meets balancing kiwi.  This is a formula with a tart tang that makes your mouth water, a freshness that reminds you of warm sunny summer days with a light breeze drifting across open fields, and a fruity bouquet that lifts your spirits without fail.  The addition of sacha inci adds an added layer, making this a more complex scent with a nutty earthiness beneath the surface that helps ground you while you apply the product.  Lani is just so good at crafting exceptional fragrances, and Omega Glow is another star when it comes to a moreish natural aroma.

The treatment itself is a stunning warm deep yellow, hinting at the potent ingredients and nurturing qualities housed within each golden drop.  While initially rich in texture, this full bodied serum absorbs well and does not congest the skin.  In fact, it feels pretty calming and adds a great moisture boost that will have your face feeling soft and soothed in no time!  The combination of rare omega fatty acids make this a powerhouse that delivers real results, with visible improvement in terms of nourishment, a natural radiance, and restored complexion.

Omega Glow glides across the skin with ease, and doesn't leave any heavy residue behind, though it does give your face a dewy appearance.  I find this refreshes my skin and totally delivers on Lani's promise to harness the benefits of Omega 3, 5, and 7 to support healthy cell membranes and assist in retaining moisture, maintaining elasticity, balancing oil production, and protecting against oxidative damage.  I mean, my face has a noticeable new glow to it and looks so healthy - this blend has some major pick me up powers!

My expectations for Lani are always high, and for good reason.  Their creations are always a hit, and I can't help but be wowed by the ingenious aromas and brilliant results.  They have won me over once again with the creamy tropical experience of Juice Cleanse and the sweet island vibes of Omega Glow, and I know I will continue to be a fan for many years to come!

I think that the facial serum in particular will end up landing in my Lani favourites, as I find the scent intoxicating and my skin looks all the better when using the Omega Glow treatment in my skincare lineup.  That being said, Juice Cleanse is a marvel in its own right and I am loving its fragrant gentle qualities.  When using Lani you're always in good hands!
